 "Two words... IT WORKS!" 2009-12-01
By Aaron Rosenzweig
I looked for a fogless mirror for a couple months and after reading review after review I came across this mirror on Amazon. I have used it for the past month now and absolutely love it. It is a very basic mirror so I wouldn't suggest it if you really wanted the back-lighting or if you wanted a radio, but the design is simple and it works very well. Its very easy to fill the "basin" with shower water and you can see the fog disappear as soon as you put it back on the holster. Simple and functional, and a great price!

 "Failed on first day" 2009-11-28

I have nothing to say about this items anti-fogging ability, because it flunked-out before I could get that far. The suction cups did not hold it to the shower wall, so there's nothing more to say. It's a total failure in my opinion.

 "Great Fogless Shower Mirror" 2009-11-26
By Joseph N. Atkins (Savannah, GA)
Really excellent, a bit small and that is the only drawback, but the reservoir is drained by a small hole, just enough time to shave and clean up any missed spots. The reservoir is easily removable to fill with water, works well. My Mach # razor fits with a little prompting, but no issues. Overall, really pleased. I originally saw at the "Grooming Lounge" in Atlanta for $25.00, here for $8.00 and some change. A great purchase. JNA

"Conceived in brilliance; executed in disgrace!" 2009-11-16
By D. Hopkins (Stuart, FL)
The mirror's concept is fantastic, in fact, I wish I'd thought of it myself. The idea is simple enough, fill a reservoir behind the mirror with hot water, and like magic, it prevents the mirror from fogging. It actually works! There is even a clever drip hole on the bottom of the reservoir which allows it to empty over time.

There are are two main problems with the design:

First, it WILL NOT stay on the wall. The suction cups simply are not robust enough to hold this thing on my shower wall. It barely stays up when empty, and its holding power is pushed to the limit when full. I can't count the number of times the mirror has fallen off the wall in the middle of the night and come crashing to the floor! I finally started detaching the mirror from its cradle after each use. Perhaps I'll try siliconing it to the wall.

Second, the razor holder will not fit any standard size razor. I've tried 'em all, and none fit. It's completely useless!

Great idea guys, but back to the drawing board.

"Best Fogless Shower Mirror I have Used" 2009-11-03
By Hal
Over the years I have tried several mirrors that I can use in the shower. This is by far the best. You fill it up with hot water and the heat of the water keeps the mirror warm and the mirror stays clear. I really don't like shaving and have sensitive skin. I recently shaved off my beard and am shaving more often and this mirror has served me well so far. It impressed me so much that I reviewed it on my own site. [...]

Be well!

Hal
